Camp Fear was made as part of annual film competition in New Zealand called, the 48hours. We were given a genre (Horror) and Character (Jerry Reid a Hypocondriac) a line of dialogue (What do you call that?) and a prop (a rope) that all had to be included in the finished film. As the name of the competition suggests the film had to be completed within the 48 hours allocated (7pm Friday until 7pm Sunday) no exceptions.
We won “Audience fave” in our heat then we went on to win “Best film” at our city final.
